Coaching and mentoring are fantastic complements to Rich’s other work as a thought-leader and trainer in the leadership development field of Adaptability Intelligence. Through his research in the latter, Rich knows that any behaviour change needs to overcome fear and anxiety so people can get out of their own way and realise their potential.
