Developing Adaptability in the leaders of the future

Rich was delighted to be invited by The Perse School in Cambridge to deliver an interactive session on Adaptability to their sixth form students.

They took a keen interest in how adaptability can help them face whatever challenges lie around the corner, and posed some challenging and insightful questions. Kudos to Sixth Form Tutor Dr Samuel Black, who recognised Adaptability as a skill the students will need as they prepare to transition beyond the school environment. Here's how he summed it up:
